You have by no means seen buildings like this. The beautiful bamboo houses constructed by Elora Hardy and her group in Bali twist, curve and shock at each flip. They defy conference as a result of the bamboo itself is so enigmatic. No two poles of bamboo are alike, so each house, bridge and loo is exquisitely distinctive. On this stunning, immersive speak, she shares the potential of bamboo, as each a sustainable useful resource and a spark for the creativeness. “Now we have needed to invent our personal guidelines,” she says.

I recently went to Thailand's largest bamboo house (name "Giant Bamboo Hut") and shot a video about it, it's available in 4K 60fps.
Here in the Philippines we're continuing of building traditional to modern hut using bamboo trough Filipinos world class craftsmanship,,,
so inspiring!!
Most beautiful presentation ever!
Outstanding!
I really love that one house she built. I'm happy I finally watch the video bc I've only seen pictures of it and I can't wait to go there one day. 700 a night is worth it
This is absolutely mindblowing!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow, this is credible, It touches my soul, I am inspired. excellent work!!!
Wow, wow so beautiful! this pose bamboo house could be the monument that identifies Bali worldwide…
1:46 I feel like she stared directly into my soul when she said this.
Beautiful thank you, enjoy our beautiful Ocean Planet.
Oh, ya, that looks sustainable – a six story mansion for someone out of natural products, what could be more ecological?
I am so inspired by this! I will be relocating by the beginning of next year to my friend's land in Hawaii. I'm starting to plan a simple bamboo house–with one side of the roof upswept to catch the breezes!
Hmmm… the sustainability of bamboo as a building material is the huge draw for me. But, while the houses shown look incredible, as do many others I’ve seen while looking up information on this, they don’t appear very friendly to non-tropical environments. I’m questioning the viability of something like this where I live, with frequent heavy rain, freezing winds, and regular frosts 8-9 months of the year. Can a bamboo house withstand those conditions? Can it be built to keep the inhabitants warm and sheltered? The designs and structures I’ve been able find so far tell me it would be a death sentence to try this where I live. But I can’t tell if there is a way to design it better for different climates, and I can’t find any information to say whether bamboo could endure different climates either. It’s all rather one track at the moment. And that’s seems like a very limiting aspect that’s holding it back from gaining more traction across the world.
Mind blowing.
Hawaii zoning needs to change
Maravilhosa, amei demais 😍👌👏👏
