Archeologists have found what’s believed to be the world’s oldest figurative cave portray on the Indonesian island of Sulawesi. Footage filmed on Monday reveals a painted panel exhibiting what look like searching scenes. The prehistoric scenes function part-human, part-animal figures, dubbed as ‘therianthropes’. The panel, dates again a minimum of 43,900 years.
