The panel is being headed by Medicine Controller Common of India (DCGI) Dr V G Somani.
“The federal government has determined to represent a committee for framing/preparation of the New Medicine, Cosmetics and Medical Units Invoice in order that the New Medicine, Cosmetics and Medical Units Act could be framed,” a well being ministry order issued not too long ago stated.
