On the July 4th weekend, there were 71 people shot and 8 killed in Chicago, the city with some of the strictest gun laws in the country. Yet, the national media is fixated on this one shooting. Why? Is it to fit their narrative? If we want to find a solution to a growing violence problem in this country, we're going to need to look at all of it, not just some.
I moved out of Chicago 2 days ago best decision I ever did although do I miss my city and still got some hood in me. Moving to Denver was a good call. My family got mad cause I moved out but they will understand. Denver feels so fucking safe and peaceful I can’t even explain it. The police is so strict down here and the job market is good.
