As Carney focuses on shoring-up alliances abroad, the opposition here at home is demanding more transparency on Carney’s financial dealings. The Conservative party says Carney should immediately disclose all of his personal investments. As Carney tells Global News, he’s placed his assets into a blind trust. South of the border, millions are in the path of a violent storm system tonight that has already killed at least 36 people. The deadly storms produced more than 40 tornadoes across eight states – from the midwest down to the deep south – decimating homes and businesses. In Missouri, at least 12 people are dead, as residents search for survivors among the debris. As Candice Cole reports, the powerful winds also fueled raging wildfires.

Can we ask Mr. Carney (I’d call him honourable but this has yet to be proven) if he intends to change the safe drug programs. I’ve been to several cities across Alberta alone and it seems to be such a problem. We actually have security guards who walk regularly to help protect the general population. I think if there was more focus on rehabilitation instead of a free for all on drugs, we ,ight be able to get some of these folks back to work and living a productive life.

We can’t afford more of the same: runaway spending, endless scandals, and policies that seem to prioritize optics over substance.
