Those companies who are heavily dependent upon AI will collapse within 3 years. AI cannot replace that skills and expertise human has gained over 15 to 25 years atleast. It needs lots of time to understand what happens in a complex product where lots of designs and processes are there. Those who have experts and skills only can use AI for quickly solve some problems using their known knowledge and expertise. Those who think AI will replace everything it’s an utter joke.

  3. @Goat1229 says:

So, WHAT are the new skills that are needed 🤷🏼‍♂️ honest question ???

This is happening because of lack of growth in Indian market.

  6. @ManuDivya202 says:

That is true..AI is taking all repetitive jobs and in another 5 years it will go beyound…remember you have to run faster than AI by doing up skillings yourself..

  7. @Dharma.245 says:

World wide understanding should come about restricted use of AI….if people don't survive and don't have income to spend then to whom AI driven manufacturing is going to serve….i m suprised why globally governments are not understanding this

this video hit hard. I got laid off from a startup last month. It’s been 5 weeks and nothing solid has come through yet. I’ve updated my resume 12 times and applied to 80+ jobs. It’s scary how fast stability disappears.

  11. @GodblessUSA4ever says:

Maybe tech job recession. But here in the US there is a high demand for the skill trades. Not just laborers but plumbers, electricians, craftsman etc… The pay is good and growing fast.

“Upskill” in your “own time” with family and kids… good luck with that. Become and entrepreneur – good luck with that! 😅 Our whole economic system is completely broken and has been for decades, but now it is being fully exposed…

  14. @srinath29devkate says:

Who will buy the products if no one have jobs? AI is not going to buy the products.

  15. @TURBOBEATZZZ says:

You can't "upskill" against Ai SMH 😂. Pure folly to think an engineer etc. can just out skill a system that is literally already replacing you. That's a stupid grift to put more people in debt to these BS (pun intended) educating 🦈 's.

It is high time for Governments to seriously step in and protect their growing work force by stopping companies from using AI to replace qualified workers and just look at profit. Or the next billionnairs will be companies with total monopoly. Instead use AI for only information and research only like an Encyclopedia. All Governments can easily do that. The well being of Human beings must come first before computers and machinery including AI. After all it is humans who built AI and are behind it
It did not build itself. See the videos on the Dark side of Chat GPT and the like. Horrible! Governments need to stand up and enact laws protecting the rights of workers to find jobs and earn a decent living.

  21. @marlenegomes6501 says:

Stop the Boards of Directors of companies enacting stupid resolutions that opt for machines rather than workers because they want greater profits and not pay salaries even when they are flourishing. Shame on the corporates. Stand up for humanity. AI is nothing but what is fed into its high speed memory, using IT workers who are treated as slaves and paid less than 1 Cent for 10 minutes work. Appalling what Tech companies are up to. Shame on you.

Government doesn't have long-term strategy, doesn't invest massively in education (like China), Money lost value through speculations and collision of the Gov+Bankers and Private Sector (example COVID)… Businesses got 'optimized' to give the least money for the job… Living on rent being a Half-Life… I totally understand young people…

The job market in the UK is really tough. Even with a master’s degree, it can still be very hard to find a suitable job. If you don’t get the right role, you often won’t receive a fair salary. I feel like many people here are overqualified for the jobs they end up doing.
Up skilling may be solution but its harder with the speed of growing AI
