A three-year-old Quebec girl missing since Sunday has been found alive in Ontario following a frantic search.
Authorities in Quebec say Claire Bell was spotted all alone by an Ontario Provincial Police drone on the side of route 417 in the St. Albert region at around around 3 p.m. Wednesday.
Quebec provincial police Sgt. Éloïse Cossette told reporters the girl was conscious and able to speak with officers, but there was no immediate word on her physical condition. She received food, hydration and was taken to a nearby hospital to be examined by medical personnel as a precaution.
Rachel-Ella Todd, the 34-year-old mother of Claire, was arrested and charged Tuesday with unlawful abandonment of a child after she reported her daughter as missing Sunday in Coteau-du-Lac, Que.

So who took her for two days, then did the same thing again to her that her mother did for a second time? This little baby didn't walk that far, she would be battered and someone would of seen her and called that in, this is a 3 year old. . . Nothing is adding up. Someone would of been parked where the child was found for time before tossing her. What highway, and where, why did noone see anything and no location is disclosed? Why did the mother think she could walk away from this, when there is a known child trafficking ring extending from QC to South America? Who does she know with a child related record?
