This is actually a blessing that the missile hit the street and under the street is empty. It’s large concrete water sewage like small tunnels so the street actually absorb most of the force of missile. If it had blown up on solid surface, you would see a wave going out and much more destructive. I believe that wave alone would toss most people and everything in the air.
