I want the name of the jealous nurse that snitched.
Signs of a fake nurse include inconsistencies with credentials, difficulty verifying their license with the state board of nursing, using aliases or false identification, and lacking basic nursing knowledge or skills like inserting catheters or drawing blood. You should also look for professional red flags like unusual behavior, poor communication, or an unwillingness to provide documentation.
How to Verify a Nurse's Credentials
Check the State Board of Nursing:
Every state has a licensing board that maintains a public database for license verification, such as the NCSBN's Nursys database or the California Board of Registered Nursing's site. If a nurse's license cannot be verified through the official state board, they are not legitimate.
Look for Documentation:
Request to see the nurse's identification, nursing license, and any other relevant certifications.
Behavioral and Knowledge-Based Clues
Lack of Basic Skills:
A fake nurse may be unable to perform simple tasks such as inserting a catheter or drawing blood.
Inconsistent Information:
Be wary of inconsistencies in their stories, especially regarding their education or work history.
False or Misleading Documentation:
A fake nurse might submit false documents, use a different name than their license, or present a license belonging to another individual.
Evasiveness:
A fake nurse might be hesitant or unable to provide details when asked about their credentials, their education, or their work history.
Poor Communication or Judgment:
Fake nurses might lack the communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities that are characteristic of legitimate nurses.
What to Do if You Suspect a Fake Nurse
Report Them:
.Report any suspicious activity to your state's Board of Nursing and the facility where the incident occurred.
Gather Evidence:
.Document any instances of suspicious behavior or inconsistencies to help with the investigation.
Becoming a nurse takes between one year for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and four years for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), with the most common path to becoming a Registered Nurse taking two years for an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or four years for a BSN. After completing your degree, you must also pass the required licensing exam (NCLEX-PN or NCLEX-RN) and meet any state-specific licensing requirements to be fully licensed.
Timeframes for Different Nursing Paths
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
.The fastest route, taking about one year to complete an LPN program and pass the NCLEX-PN exam.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN):
.A typical path to becoming a Registered Nurse (RN) that takes about two years to complete.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN):
.A four-year degree program that provides a more extensive education and can open doors to a broader range of nursing roles and leadership opportunities.
Accelerated BSN Programs:
.For individuals with a bachelor's degree in another field, these intensive programs can take about 12 to 20 months to complete.
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN):
.To become an APRN, you must complete a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree after your RN education, which can take two to four years.
Key Factors Affecting Your Timeline
Degree Choice:
.The type of degree you choose (LPN, ADN, or BSN) directly determines the length of your educational journey.
Full-Time vs. Part-Time:
.Attending school full-time will shorten your path, while a part-time program will extend the time needed to earn your degree.
Prerequisite Courses:
.You may need to complete prerequisite courses before starting your nursing program, which adds to the overall time.
Licensing and Certification:
.After graduation, you must factor in time to study for and pass the NCLEX exam.
im sure it is a very small issue since she now has her license.Im also sure it was a mere clarrical error. She is now fully licensed to practice. Another really fake story by the so called news!
Flaggler co sherrif you should really investigate stuff like this before you make public arrest!
I bet she was a fantastic nurse. Licensing boards are a joke anymore. Team bardisa or whatever her name is
And then she GOT HER LICENSE AFTER!?
They won't do anything about it lol
Autùmn Bardisa the soon-to-be Barista 😄
Hold on – the company… the company didn’t push for the certificate so why aren’t they getting done for anything?
man she waS CLEVER to say that haha, i would never think of that because im not a FRAUD
she was clearly good if she was getting promoted, just proves that if you're smart you can do anything
No proof of a real license? Okay hired
She's white, she'll get a slap on her scrawny butt and that's it.
It took the hospital 4400 patients before they took action when she never gave them all of the correct information when she was hired? What kind of hospital is this? She never should’ve been hired until they had all of requested information.
At this point just give her the license haha
I know it’s illegal, but the only reason that they are going to charge is because the healthcare system is upset that they cannot make a profit off of her.
She poisoned many patients. HR is responsible
Nice breasts
Can she be my nurse ?? 😅
What about handling drugs that are otherwise not legal for her to administer? They need to check Trump for breaking the rules also. There seems to be a lot of fake everything degrees out that stemmed from the Trump administration. I once knew a fake engineer that didn't have a degree but appeared to be real. He made a nice trailer park that was Fake. Foreign lies also from people that lie. Back in the seventies I had a fake language degree in French because I bought and brought French coffee to my high school French teacher. She gave me straight up B's and A's.. I was smart enough to do the book work just lazy when it requires time and effort and testing.
This goes to show that you don’t need 10 yrs of school or a license to do any of these careers
Oh what web we weave…
Also freaked 500 dudes if i know nurses
A convicted murderer was hired by the Tampa Florida Veterans Hospital. He was even given a CNA license by the State of Florida! NO CHECKS BEFORE OR AFTER EMPLOYMENT BY THE FEDERAL GOV.! His name is Carlton Scott. Google this story! Florida is filled with fraud, fake identities, people trying to erase their pasts!
Licenses are a way to monopolize the profession. College degree and experience are enough to do the job. She helped many patients and she is not criminal. The only criminals are the profession institutes that fail many qualified candidates with extremely hard exams but then they leak the questions to members of their tribe so they can get promoted fast and get the top job, if you get my drift.
seems like she did better job then the real ones thats how no one found out and everyone was happy, they should hire her to train the ones they already have
I think she should be able to keep her freedom and job. She got caught because she was offered a promotion. That means, she was a good worker and had little to no complaints in her service. The real crime is giving her a 70 year prison sentence. This country is so fucked up man.
Advanced nurse tech? That's basically a CNA. Why all the fuss? Training is just a few weeks. You get your knowledge on the job.
But she was offered a promotion so obviously she was doing something right.
I think there's something missing in this reporting. So, she graduated with a nursing degree but still unlicensed or she doesn't have any nursing background at all? Can someone please add the details.
So she beat all the real nurses? 😂
Great job people justice is justice
Of course its florida 😂
White Privilege
A black woman would not have even gotten the interview because of her name…. but the white woman gets the job with fake credentials… and then never had to prove anything… her face alone was credit enough
Wow arresting someone who has a job and don’t depend on wellfare
She literally had 0 casualties or deaths under her wing too give that women her license and give her that raise she clearly knows what she doing 💯
