It’s like we are watching a page out of the past happen in modern times. Colonialism in full effect with murder and a serial killer leader with a romantic love of history. He is willing to kill all his people to get a small track of land that really doesn’t have much to offer for that much effort. 1 million soldiers hurt and killed and trillions of dollars in military gear blown up with child’s toys. That is some super power it’s more like using a pellet gun to kill a bear.

Clearly the fastest way to end wars is to at least arrest the war criminals.
Now Putin just think he is a bit closer to making US part of his dictator country. Dictators have personality disorder or mental illness, they don't have empathy or remorse. Can't any psychiatrists even warn trump on it. Anyway, holding off if that is what is needed.

I am glad free nations of the world support President Zelensky. I'm glad they are willing to enforce sanctions upon him. The fact that this man feels entitled to take what he wants from another nation is not only inhumane but a level of injustice that if tolarated sends off a horrible message for the leaders that are bullies like Putin. Let's take it to a personal level. In our society we have laws protecting the weak and vulnerable. We have laws protecting children, the handicapped, the elderly etc. I just heard a remark that was quite insulting, " Russia is a stronger power than the Ukraine. That means the Ukraine has to tolerate what Russia wants " Though my quote is not verbatim, that is the jist of what I heard was said. Well does that mean that in our society we allow our more vulnerable sectors to be used and abused by bullies rather than protect them by law? Think what kind of a world do we create when we let self serving angry bullies just take and do what they want? Remember that throughout history it's these types of individuals that created, slavery, an Auschwitz, etc. What kind of society do you want? What kind of a world do you want? What are we going to do?
