Property companies haus & haus Real Estate, Driven Properties and fäm Properties were among the winners in multiple categories in the inaugural digital-only dubizzle Property Awards 2025.
Recognising excellence and innovation across the UAE’s real estate sector under the People’s Choice Awards and Jury Awards categories, a total of 35 winners were honoured separately across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates.
The People’s Choice Awards were based entirely on public voting for standout agencies across the country. Winners were selected across eight categories, highlighting excellence across every facet of the property market – from off-plan innovation and commercial success to marketing creativity and social media engagement.
The Jury Awards winners were selected by a panel of dubizzle’s senior leadership. This included Sahar Khan, Vice President of Marketing; Matthew Gregory, Senior Director of Strategy; and Anthony Blackford, Vice President of Sales.
Recognising exceptional performance, responsiveness, and innovation across the UAE’s real estate sector, the jury honoured four agencies that demonstrated excellence in lead generation, customer engagement, and overall service distinction.
UAE agencies win big at dubizzle
haus & haus Real Estate won three of the 12 Dubai prizes, including Holiday Experts and Social Media Star in the public voting and the Most Responsive Agency jury award. Driven Properties was chosen the Top Dealmakers by the public, as well as Commercial Excellence (for CBB by Driven Properties) and the Top Lead Generator by the jury. fäm Properties was recognised as the Rental Powerhouse by the public and Ruby Club winner by the jury.
Among other People’s Choice Award winners were Metropolitan Premium Properties (Listing Excellence); Allsopp & Allsopp Real Estate (Marketing Innovator) and Xten Real Estate (Off-Plan Visionary), while the jury named Equity Real Estate as the Outstanding Newcomer Agency of the year.
