THIS is the moment a passenger from hell shamelessly planted her feet on a headrest after the woman in front dared to recline her seat.
Footage from a Qatar Airways flight shows the enraged woman stretching her legs over the back of an economy class seat on a Doha to Moscow service, turning the cabin into chaos just minutes into the journey.
Witnesses say the woman, believed to be Russian, lost it when the passenger in front reclined her seat.
And in a jaw-dropping revenge stunt, instead of politely complaining, the woman chose to rest her feet on the headrest and repeatedly shake the seat.
At one point, the woman clapped her shoes together above the head of the passenger in front, who was forced to crouch forward while trying to work on her laptop.
Other Russians onboard complained they had been dumped into “Discomfort Class”.
The victim hit back, saying: “This is freedom, you just don’t get it…
“Freedom that other people take away.”
As the woman in a green top and jeans lounged with her legs stretched out, a nearby man joked: “This is business class.”
Another woman added: “This can only happen in Russia.”
The target of the foot-attack later fumed: “As the saying goes, you can take a person out of the dirt, but the dirt doesn’t come out of the person.”
Throughout the dispute, the passenger from hell remained silent, despite repeated pleas from fellow travellers and cabin crew to put her feet down.
One theory circulating onboard was that she had been refused an upgrade, and decided to protest by flying “business class” style in economy.
A male passenger said: “They tried to persuade her, tried and tried.
“They tried to persuade her to move her legs, she doesn’t want to, she wants to fly like this.
“People are going mad.”
Video shows a female cabin crew member crouching beside the offender, calmly explaining that she needed to remove her feet from the seat back.
According to Mash news outlet, the bizarre stunt lasted 10 to 15 minutes before flight attendants finally persuaded the woman to be more modest.
Eventually, the passenger in the aisle seat lowered her feet – bringing the mid-air sock-attack to an end.
It comes after two furious passengers went head-to-head over a reclined seat on a packed flight from Melbourne to Bali.
The argument quickly escalated , with the pair trading insults before trying to get physical.
Video from the cabin back in March shows the two men screaming at each other across the rows.
Moments later, the man wearing a cap leans over the seat in front, appearing to try to grab his equally enraged rival.
A brave fellow passenger steps in just in time, grabbing the man’s arm and stopping any punches from being thrown.
