Sunwing Airways says employees are nonetheless manually processing “as many flights as doable” as delays attributable to a technical subject persist, inflicting frustration on the airport.
“Our third-party techniques supplier, Airline Selection, continues to work on resolving their system subject which was prompted by a compromise of their community,” the airline stated in an announcement to World Information on Wednesday.
Sunwing first stated Monday that there was a network-wide system outage that was impacting check-in and boarding for its flights.
